Christmas 2009

These are pictures from all of the ways we celebrated Christmas.
Christmas in Birmingham was first.
Below Andrew is meeting Lisa and Becky for the first time.

Nathan skipped his nap so decided to nap with Peter.
Unfortunately the nap did not improve his mood.
This is Andrew receiving his first Christmas gift.

After B'ham, Molly came to visit. Nathan and Molly are using Molly's gifts.

Random December Pictures

December started out with trying to get our Christmas card pictures done. This took FOREVER - but they turned out nicely.

We didn't use this one but I love Andrew's hair in this one. So much hair!

Andrew on his first outing besides the doctor. We were on our way to the mall to see Santa.

Andrew had his picture taken but not Nathan. - Oh well.

Andrew at 3 weeks old.

Andrew taking his first bath in water. He loved it and still does. He loves hanging out in the water until he gets cold.

Playing with his rattle. Notice it is the Auburn rattle.

Andrew is 1 week old!

Pictures of Andrew Week 1

Here are some pictures from Andrew's first week.
Below is his first night at home.
Sleeping and visiting with Grandmama

Getting dressed. He was really awake this day.

His first bath at home. He really didn't mind it at all. Andrew only cried a little, he seemed to like the sound of the running water in the sink.
Paw Paw and Nathan trying out Nathan's new fishing pole. Paw Paw brought it for him - I didn't really think he would be able to do it but Nathan became a pro at it in no time at all.

Going Home

Here we are getting ready to leave the hospital. We left Dec. 1st at about 7pm.
Brad and I were ready to go home. We didn't see the need to wait until the next morning.

Nathan meeting Andrew

Nathan came to visit the hospital on December 1st. He was very excited to meet Andrew and he wanted to start helping immediately.

In the hospital

These were taken in the hospital on November 30th.
Andrew Matthew Corbett was born at 4:56 PM, he weighed 7 lbs. 6.9 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Thanksgiving Week

Brad's parents came to visit Thanksgiving week. We had a great time. I am not sure why we didn't take more pictures but here are two. Nathan is playing with the Notre Dame football that Gramps brought him and this is me at my largest!

Thanksgiving cookies

Today we went to our friend Jill's house to decorate Thanksgiving cookies. Nathan made two cookies (one for him and one for his daddy). He spread the icing and then put sprinkles on. The only problem was he kept eating the icing off of the cookie. Overall he did a pretty good job and the cookies were delicious (I had to make one for myself)!
