Easter Egg Hunt, The Movie

1st Easter Egg Hunt

We went over to a friend's house for an Easter egg hunt. Nathan was not too sure about it at first but then got the hang of it.

So one day we were at Target and Nathan spotted this soccer ball Easter basket - I knew we had an Easter egg hunt to go to soon so I let him get it. Once we got home, he tried to use it as a ball. It did not work very well so he tried the next best thing, a hat. He still wears it all the time. It is so funny to see him in it - I haven't put it up in the attic yet.

Nathan built this all by himself and was very proud of it.

St. Patrick's Day

Here is Nathan dressed in a big boy shirt to celebrate St. Patrick's day. I just can't believe how big he has gotten since last St. Patrick's day - he could not even sit up by himself last year. This year he picked this pose - climbing up onto the bed by himself.

Birmingham

This past weekend we went to visit everyone in Birmingham. We had a great time. Nathan loved playing with all of the kids. I only got a picture of him and Nicholas. The most important thing that happened is that Nathan ate his first Krispy Kreme doughnut! He wasn't very impressed. I, on the other hand, loved the treat!

Random Things

Right now Nathan . . .

- Can say bye-bye, mama, da (for dad), daw (for dog), uh-oh, ba (for ball), duh (for duck), moo, at (for hat)
- can catch a ball now
- can kick a ball (video coming soon)
- likes to use his spoon and fork
- does not eat very much - very picky
- loves chocolate
- loves playing outside especially with Zeke
- just finished his first kindermusik class (loved it)
- can run
-loves to read by himself and with us
- loves music and loves to dance
- has been sleeping in late in the morning
- has 9 teeth and currently is getting another molar and an eye tooth
-loves TV too much
- loves anything to do with sports
- this week has discovered the game hide and seek (good thing he only thinks he is hiding)

Eating with a spoon.

Here Nathan is using his spoon to eat his yogurt. The only way he will eat his yogurt now. It is a little messy but he does pretty well. Today he is holding his spoon weird - I guess he is just experimenting.

Snow in March

Mardi Gras!

We missed Mardi Gras this year so Grandmama sent us a box of Mardi Gras beads.

Nathan loves them. We were suppose to have a Mardi Gras party but the night after these pictures were taken Nathan got croup and strider again - only this time worse. So unfortunately, we will not be having our party but Nathan is very happy he has the beads to play with.
